Agenticly is built so you can keep sensitive business data on your own machine. Own It runs locally by default. Atlas processes non-PHI work in isolated, single-use sandboxes. We use a small set of subprocessors to run the site and the hosted service.

What we collect

• Account data: email and authentication data when you create an account or log in at app.agenticlyapp.com.
• Billing data: processed by Stripe, our payment processor; we do not store full card data.
• Usage data: basic, privacy-friendly analytics and product telemetry.
• Support data: anything you send to support@agenticlyapp.com.

Own It vs Atlas

Own It: your agents run on your hardware. Your business content and the data your agents process stay on your machine. We do not receive it.

Atlas: to run a job you commission, we process the job input in an isolated, single-use sandbox. Atlas is non-PHI by design. Nothing persists between jobs.

Categories of recipients

We share personal data with these categories of service providers, acting on our behalf and under contract:

• Cloud hosting and database providers.
• Authentication providers.
• Email delivery providers.
• AI model inference providers (Atlas).
• Payment processors.
• Product analytics and integration providers.
